Streamlined Grants Management (SGM) is an independent preferred supplier of SmartyGrants consulting services.
Based in Sydney, we offer our services throughout Australia and welcome international clients.
Streamlined Grants Management is a division of Composite Information which has been providing niche
business/system consulting services for over 20 years mainly to Government clients, We help organisations design, develop and deliver quality system solutions using innovative project practices based on agile principles. We have been implementing software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for over 10 years and have developed a project framework specifically for SaaS implementations, which we use in our SmartyGrants consulting.
All work is planned, managed and delivered by Lesley Cooper, principal consultant, supported by a small team who assist with administration and testing.

Lesley has been leading and delivering high quality business systems projects for over 30 years in a variety of consulting, management, business analyst and technical roles for diverse organisations, in the public and private sectors.
She founded Composite Information in 1998 to provide niche, innovative business/systems consulting services. In 2007 a Government Agency engaged Composite Information to implement the NSW Government Licensing Service (now OneGov) and Lesley learned it inside out. Soon other Agencies sought her services and she passionately delivered cross-government value in the licensing space for 8 years.
In 2013 a Government Agency engaged Composite Information to evaluate SmartyGrants and again Lesley learned it inside out. Impressed by the system, having first-hand experience of the value of setting it up expertly, and seeing how much time she saved her client (estimated at 8-12 weeks), Lesley saw the opportunity to provide this service to other grantmakers. She approached Our Community (the suppliers of SmartyGrants) about providing the first SmartyGrants consulting offering and Streamlined Grants Management was born.
